Lash extensions,
mapped to your eyes.
Not a set off a chart. Yen maps curl, length and thickness to your eye shape and lash health, so the set opens your eyes instead of overwhelming them.
One client at a time, two hours of focus.
Lash work is slow work. Each extension is isolated and placed on one healthy natural lash, which is what keeps the set comfortable, keeps your own lashes intact, and keeps the line looking soft rather than stuck on.
Before anything is applied, Yen checks your natural lash strength and decides what weight they can carry. That one step is the difference between a set that lasts six weeks and a set that sheds in ten days.
- Lash map drawn for your eye shape at every full set
- Sterilized tools, single-use applicators
- Sensitive adhesive available on request
Classic, hybrid or volume
Most first-time clients land on classic or hybrid. If you are unsure, book a classic set and build up at your first fill.
Classic
One extension on one natural lash. Reads like a really good coat of mascara — length and definition without weight. The quiet option, and the one most people repeat.
Hybrid
Classic lashes and handmade fans mixed through the line for a textured, slightly fuller look. The middle ground, and the most forgiving on sparse areas.
Volume
Lightweight handmade fans across the whole lash line for a dark, full lash line. Still soft to the touch — fine diameters keep the weight off your natural lashes.
What the two hours look like
Come with clean lashes, no mascara and no eye makeup. You will be lying down with your eyes closed for most of it — plenty of clients fall asleep.
Ten minutes up front
Style discussion, lash health check and a deep cleanse to strip oil and makeup so the adhesive actually bonds.
The long middle
Your map is drawn on the under-eye pads, then lashes are isolated and placed one at a time across both eyes.
Finish and aftercare
The set is cured, brushed out and checked in the mirror together, then you leave with aftercare and your fill timing.
How to make a set last six weeks
Retention is mostly about the first 48 hours and your daily cleansing habit. Follow these and you will be filling every three weeks instead of replacing a set every month.
- Keep lashes dry and steam-free for 24 hours
- Cleanse daily with a lash shampoo, then brush dry
- Skip oil-based products and waterproof mascara
- Never pick or pull — book a removal instead
- Book your fill at two to three weeks, before 50% have shed
Lash pricing
Fills are priced on how much has grown out. Arrive past three weeks and it may need to be booked as a full set.

Lash questions, answered
Not when they are applied correctly. Damage comes from extensions that are too heavy for the natural lash, or from lashes glued together in clumps. Yen checks lash strength first and chooses a diameter your lashes can carry, which is why weight gets discussed before length.
Your natural lashes shed on their own cycle, so extensions go with them. Most people look full for two to three weeks and come in for a fill at that point. With good aftercare, you can stay in fills indefinitely instead of starting over.
Yes, with two rules: nothing oil-based near the eyes, and no waterproof mascara on the extensions. Powder shadow and liner are fine as long as you cleanse properly at night.
Tell Yen when you book. A sensitive adhesive is available, and a patch test can be arranged before your appointment. If you have an active eye infection or are recovering from eye surgery, booking will need to wait until you are cleared.
Clean lashes, no eye makeup, no mascara, no oil-based moisturiser around the eyes. Contacts are best left out — bring your glasses. Avoid caffeine right before if you tend to get fluttery eyelids.
