Bridal makeup goes wrong when it is heavier than the person wearing it. Yen builds in thin layers, keeps skin looking like skin, and puts the strength where the camera needs it: the eyes and the lip line.
Products are chosen for the day you are actually having. Outdoor ceremony in August and an indoor reception need different base work, and that gets decided at the trial, not on the morning.

Send your date, venue and party size. Yen confirms availability and holds the morning with a deposit.
Trial session
Ninety minutes in studio. Bring inspiration photos and your veil or jewellery if you have them. The final look gets written down and photographed.
Wedding day
Yen works to the schedule agreed with your planner or photographer. Bride is usually second to last, so the makeup is at its freshest for first look.

Cleanse, hydration and a primer matched to your skin type and the weather on the day, so the base stays put rather than separating by lunch.
Lashes included
Strip or individual lashes applied as part of the look, or a set of extensions booked in the week before if you prefer to wake up ready.
Touch-up card
Your exact lip shade and a blot sheet to carry, plus a written note of everything used in case you want to recreate it later.
Trial photographs
Shot in daylight and with flash at the trial, so you see how the look photographs before the day, not after.
Party scheduling
A running order built backwards from your photographer's first-look time, shared with you and your planner in advance.
On-location option
Travel to your venue or hotel in Orange County, quoted on distance and party size when you enquire.

Bridal questions
Six to twelve months for a Saturday in peak season. Off-season and weekday dates are often available with less notice, but the trial still needs six to eight weeks of runway.
For the bride, yes. It is where skin behaviour, longevity and the exact shade get settled. Bridal party members do not need one.
Yes, within Orange County and surrounding areas. Travel is quoted with your enquiry based on distance, call time and how many people are being done.
Book the set seven to ten days before so they settle and you have time for a tweak. Do not book a brand-new style the day before — that is the one timeline Yen will push back on.
